Easy Coconut Oil DIYs for Glowing Skin at Home
Coconut oil is great for your skin! It helps with many skin issues and can make your skin soft and bright. Here's how to use it simply.
Why Use Coconut Oil?
Coconut oil is packed with good things for your skin. It fights germs, calms irritation, and protects your skin. It helps keep skin moist, can reduce pimples, lightens dark spots, improves skin color, and gives a healthy glow.
Simple Coconut Oil Face Glow
Take a little pure coconut oil.
Gently massage it onto your clean face for 3-4 minutes.
Leave it on for 40-45 minutes.
Rinse well with normal water.
Tip: You can also leave a thin layer on overnight for extra moisture.
Good For: Deep hydration, reducing marks, softer, glowing skin.
Coconut Oil & Aloe Vera Gel Boost
Mix 2 teaspoons coconut oil with 1-2 teaspoons pure aloe vera gel.
Apply to your face and massage gently for 5-6 minutes.
Leave on for 15-20 minutes, then rinse.
Good For: Boosting blood flow for a glow, healthy skin, fading dark marks.
Coconut Oil & Gram Flour Brightener
Mix 2 teaspoons gram flour (besan) with enough coconut oil to make a paste.
Apply evenly to your face.
Let it dry for 30 minutes.
Rinse off with water.
Good For: Brighter skin, fading marks, natural glow.
Coconut Oil & Multani Mitti for Oily Skin
Mix 2 teaspoons Multani Mitti (Fuller's Earth) powder with enough coconut oil to make a paste.
Apply to your face.
Let it dry for 20-25 minutes.
Rinse well with water.
Good For: Soaking up extra oil, reducing shine, hydrating skin underneath.
Coconut Oil & Turmeric Glow Mask
Mix 2 teaspoons coconut oil with a tiny pinch of turmeric powder.
Apply to your face and massage gently for 2-3 minutes.
Leave on for 15-20 minutes.
Rinse off thoroughly.
Good For: Fading skin marks (thanks to turmeric), brighter, glowing skin.
